The Nest Pai Love Resort

Kayleigh offers fantastic yoga and is wonderful at everything she does. You can tell the staff are genuinely happy, and they add so much to the atmosphere. The whole place feels lovingly relaxed and joyful. I first came here last year and met the charming couple who took over the resort the following summer. It's a really special, beautiful place, and both owners take care of everything. I could write a novel about it, but it's best to come and experience it yourselves.

I spent almost three months at The Nest Pai Love and enjoyed every day. It's about 12 minutes by scooter outside Pai, right beside the Pai River, in a stunning, park-like landscape that's kept extremely well. It was hard to leave. I mostly wanted to lie in a hammock, relax, enjoy the quiet, and cuddle puppies. Kayleigh and Shawn have such open, positive, inclusive energy. Their laughter, good moods, and real care made me feel like I was staying with good friends from the start. Kayleigh's yoga classes were professional and heartfelt, with humor and deep empathy, a lovely balance of focus, joy, and connection. Her love of dogs really touched me. There were nine puppies living at the resort for several months during my stay, which made the place feel especially warm and welcoming. A true paradise, highly recommended, 10 out of 5 stars!

The peaceful, joyful atmosphere made this a great way to try something new. I joined a sunset trapeze yoga session that was small and personal. We were encouraged to move with our bodies and play around, did lots of stretches, and tried some fun tricks that were shown to us. Afterwards we had a delicious smoothie by the lake. Special thanks for helping me sort out transport back to Pai town after a mix-up with my grab driver. They went above and beyond to find an option that worked for everyone, and it meant a lot :)

I planned to stay four nights and ended up staying ten, like so many people I met who came for a few days and stayed for months. It's a great spot to unwind quietly in nature. Though it's outside town, getting around by bike is easy, or the resort can arrange a taxi into town for a good price. The food was amazing. Kayleigh's yoga was exceptional, especially trapeze yoga. She's dedicated to the practice, attentive to what you need, and really encouraging. Highly recommend staying here.
