Baan Pordee Homestay

The location is handy for tourist attractions, most of which are about 10-25 minutes away, and there’s a local restaurant serving inexpensive Thai food and a coffee shop 200m away. For 700 THB a day, we got lots of bottled water, free extra pillows, and cheap laundry. They even wiped the dirt off our car without being asked. The lady on staff, I think her name is Khun A, was lovely, always smiling when we saw her, and very approachable. The place felt cozy and homey. The bathroom setup was basic, just a small bucket and a dipper without a handle. Breakfast was the same on both our first and second days, but that was fine with us.

A clean, spacious and affordable home stay, with breakfast included and room to park your car. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You’ll need to drive to the tourist attractions since it’s a little farther from them, but for the price, I’d recommend it.

There’s plenty of room for the kids to wander and lots of spots around the property to relax. We came as a family and found the room clean and spacious enough, with helpful, friendly staff. The location is a useful midpoint between Khoa Yai national Park and Chet Sa Noi, both worth a visit.

For 700 B, you get a clean bed and bathroom, plus free self-serve mama and 3in1 for breakfast. It’s basic, but good value. A lot of places around here seem expensive for what they offer, around 3,000-5,000 B.
