The restaurant has a stunning view, and the atmosphere is lovely. The hotel is very pet-friendly, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our room was very big and clean.

I was hugely disappointed that I chose this as my holiday destination. The rate was high for the service and accommodation, and I didn’t feel it was worth the money. At breakfast, you could choose just one main course, and it arrived cold. I ordered a burger, but the patty was hard and seemed old, so I couldn’t eat it. The room also wasn’t well maintained, and the woman at reception wasn’t helpful. Not worth what I paid.

The staff were good and provided good service. The room felt quite old, though, and the facilities were limited. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet.

The staff team was helpful and supportive, and the place was peaceful, very nice, and super clean.

We stayed in a Forest Pool Villa, with a large room, a seating area, and a big bathroom. The pool was lovely, and the service was good. The resort is a large property in Khaoyai city, focused on private pool villas, with a calm, quiet mountain setting surrounded by greenery. Amazing resort.
