We only stopped by the restaurant for a snack before heading to the park, since we weren't staying at the hotel. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, and they even brought us tasty fruit for dessert at no charge. The host helped us pick Northern Thai dishes and was happy to handle our vegetarian requests. There was a mix-up and they cooked a dish we hadn't ordered, but they didn't charge us for it. She was accommodating about the small issues. Recommended for a meal before visiting the park 👍

The setting was peaceful, though we could often hear dogs barking. Our room was clean and tidy, the price felt fair, and breakfast was great. The lady, who I think may have been the owner, was very kind and offered us snacks and drinks even as we checked out. The staff were kind and helpful, doing their best to communicate even when they didn't understand everything. One room's bathroom heater didn't work properly, though it worked in the other room we stayed in. Wi-Fi was only available near reception, not in the room. Nim made us feel welcome with lovely snacks and drinks when we arrived, and was a gracious host throughout our stay, making sure everything was taken care of. The staff arranged a trip for us to Khao Yai National Park, which is close by. We also enjoyed several delicious meals at the hotel and were able to get some work done using the hotel Wi-Fi. Charming at Khao Yai is an amazing hotel.

The owner treated my fiancé and me like royalty, and the price was amazing. It's a beautiful little place with mountain views and a great spot for reaching the National Park. I'm already looking forward to coming back!
