I stayed here a year ago, when quite a few things and parts of the service weren't working. This time I was really satisfied and had a great time. The staff are all so kind, and the room service was good. The location is handy too, with 7/11, Lotus, CJ, and Mr.DIY near Mandarin hotel, about 5-10 minutes away. Beside Mandarin hotel there’s a massage shop and lots of Thai food places. Thank you, Mandarin!

The room felt old and dirty, and the walls were so thin that noise from next door woke me up at night. The water heater didn't work, and the pillowcase was dirty too. There was no light in the parking area. It gave me the impression the hotel might be close to going out of business.

The rooms and sheets were disgusting, and nothing had been cleaned. I won't be coming back. The breakfast was nice, and the workers were kind, but that couldn't make up for how dirty everything was.

The swimming pool was a long way from the hotel. There was no TV or hair dryer in the room.

The building looks a little old from outside, but indoors it was quiet and clean. The room was big too.
