Jupiter Trevi Resort and Spa

The bed was the only thing I liked. The rest was a letdown: breakfast was expensive and the worst I've had, with everything cold and food running out without being replaced. The Western options were awful, and the Thai ones were even worse. There were no power outlets in the room to charge a phone, or plug in the Nespresso machine. For four adults, they left only two coffee pods. There was nowhere to hang wet clothes, the shower holder was broken, and the water pressure was low. They tried to charge us for water bottles placed on the restaurant table even though we hadn't ordered them. The pools felt dangerous, with slippery surfaces and sharp edges. I also tripped on a tiny step at the restaurant toilet entrance while holding my baby, cut my toe, and hit her head against the wall. Don't waste your money.

It’s a quiet place, so it could work well for a short visit if that’s what you’re after. I didn’t feel much pull to come back, though.

We came as a team of about 40 for team building, and the staff helped organize things and looked after us throughout the trip. The hotel was clean, the facilities were great, and the Lazi pool was a particular favorite. Everything else was very nice too, with nothing to complain about. I’d love to bring family or friends here another time 😊

The pools were the best part for the kids, especially the one that feels like a lazy river. The resort has three pools, lovely green grounds, and our Family Suite was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly, and the stay was good value overall. Breakfast really let things down. There was just one coffee machine and it was broken the first morning. The egg station was disorganized, so we had to wait and go back several times, and the scrambled eggs smelled bad on both days. Facilities and service were 5/5, breakfast 1/5, which leaves the stay at 3/5 for us. We wouldn’t return unless breakfast improves.
