For our first trip to Khao Yai, this was a great place to stay. The room was fantastic, the atmosphere felt refreshing, and it had a full range of amenities. Staff were excellent, and there are plenty of dining choices nearby, which made getting around for meals convenient.

Tea and coffee capsules were in the room at no extra charge, and I really liked the shampoo and conditioner because they left my hair so soft. They’d also decorated with flowers and something like a curtain, though I’m not sure what it’s called. The toiletries and towels were all provided. The hotel isn’t very big, but you can relax by the pool in a cool, quiet, romantic atmosphere. Great value and a nice location.

The staff helped us arrange a guide for a full-day tour of Khao Yai National Park as soon as we arrived. One evening all the nearby restaurants had closed, and when we couldn’t find food, they even arranged a ride to 7/11. After checkout, Yumi at reception found some important things we’d left behind, just hours before our flight back to Israel. She helped pack them, arrange shipping, and make sure they’d reach us in Bangkok on time. She was patient, professional, and kind, and we felt she went out of her way to help. The hotel lived up to the service reviews that led us to choose it. We had one of our best stays in Thailand: it was clean, cozy, quiet, and close to the national park, with spacious rooms and a relaxing, welcoming feel. Thank you to the whole team, especially Yumi.
