The pool was decent, and the resort itself was okay. But the front desk staff were unfriendly and didn’t make us feel welcome, which isn’t a good look for a hotel. The AC in our room wasn’t working, so we were moved to another one. The AC there worked, but didn’t seem adjustable beyond cool. We were asked to choose breakfast at check-in, yet it was served as a buffet. There are much better places for the money, and I won’t return.

The room was huge, with two comfortable beds and plenty of power outlets. I missed those outlets after moving on to a hotel in Bangkok. The TV channels were limited, though, and a smart TV with YouTube would have been welcome. Breakfast had just omelettes and Thai sets, but both were surprisingly delicious and the à la carte portions were more than enough. The cook deserves credit, even though I can't remember her name. At first the quiet hotel made me a little nervous. Rambo took care of us right from check-in, asked what we'd like for breakfast the next morning, and carried our four large suitcases up to the second floor by himself. Then around 4 a.m. the water pump failed. Rambo and his colleagues got it sorted out quickly despite the hour. Their service felt personal and efficient, like a five-star boutique hotel. Checkout was quick too, and the woman working there helped unload our luggage. Everyone made our short Khao Yai trip memorable. Thanks to Rambo and the rest of the team. This was the best service I've had across many hotels in Thailand. A real hidden gem, and a true five-star boutique hotel. I highly recommend it and hope it keeps growing.

The bed was nice, with four pillows, and the public pool was well kept, with floating leaves cleared away every day. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to a small town in Khao Yai. The toilet was clean and supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, though there was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or hair dryer. The deluxe room has no bathtub. Water pressure was disappointing, and it came in pulses, strong then weak. Breakfast was decent and matched what was shown in the hotel's promotional pictures.

We had a short family stay in the two-bedroom villa. It was spotless and spacious, with a private pool, and being close to the national parks made it a perfect spot. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, with Thai and Western options, but perfectly fine.

There are several good restaurants nearby, and the common area was nice. The rooms felt cozy and clean, with good bathrooms. Breakfast didn't have many choices, but the food was good. We had a good stay here 😌
