There was construction going on, with some loud noise, but the staff warned us politely and we understood. I was fine with it. Parking is plentiful, the location is nice, and the rooms are spacious. If you want to get away from the craziness, I'd recommend this place. The staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable. We were three people, and I was happy with the beds even though I'm 200.8 centimeters tall and from a Western country. Some people may arrive expecting a proper king-size bed and complain, but I was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent, with hot, fresh food and a chef at a counter who could cook eggs differently or make other things you needed. One of the ladies with us had to go to driving school and couldn't stop to eat, so we asked for a breakfast to go. The staff understood and arranged for the food to be brought to her a couple of hours later. As someone from the United States, I'd give this Best Western four stars. I recently stayed at a five-star resort in Phuket, and honestly, this Best Western felt much classier.
