The rooms were large, with comfortable beds and a nice view over town. Showers had strong, hot water, and Nene was friendly and provided nice service. During meals, they kept replacing dishes so the food didn't run out.

Karn was super friendly, and the service was attentive and nice. The place was clean and spacious, with strong air conditioning. Breakfast tasted good and offered plenty of Thai and American choices. A very pleasant stay, recommended.

The room was big and clean, and the Kohler bidet toilet seat was nice. But the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was crazy. Beeping doors and kids yelling sounded like they were in my room. The front desk staff spoke rudely about other guests while I was there. Maybe they think it's fine if the comments aren't about you, but their customer service felt unprofessional. Breakfast was a letdown too. My omelette was soaked in oil and had no ingredients, and the Thai dishes were stale and full of MSG. The watermelon was good. I'd suggest booking without breakfast and eating elsewhere. I expect I'll be back in Lampang at some point, but I'll try plenty of other hotels before coming here again.

The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. But we had no hot water in the bathroom. The front desk told us to let the water run for ten minutes, and it was still cold after that. When I complained, they sounded apologetic but apathetic at the same time. Breakfast was awful, just white bread and jam alongside poorly cooked Thai food. We chose this hotel because of the four-star reviews online. It's been the worst hotel so far in our month in Thailand.

Nene, our server, was welcoming and really nice. The service overall was friendly, and the food was delicious with lots of variety. There were also plenty of activities around the hotel. The rooms were very big and comfortable.
