The walkway to and from Outlet Square Muang Thong Thani made getting around on foot easy, with no commute hassle. My room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed, a city view where I could catch the sunrise, warm lighting, and a useful workspace. Fresh fruit and pastries were waiting when I arrived, and the room upgrade and late checkout through my AccorPlus Gold Membership were much appreciated. Khob khun! 🙏🏼 I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Impact Bangkok. It was comfortable and convenient, and the hotel felt like a dependable, stylish Novotel, efficient and quietly impressive.

Jeep at reception was the best, friendly and helpful. The spa and fitness facilities were good too. The gym had new, well-maintained equipment, though it closed a little too early. The location was perfect for events in the area. As a gold member, I got the room upgrade and late checkout I requested, which helped me feel at ease during my stay. I didn’t have breakfast there, so I can’t comment on it.

Housekeeping did a great job, and the rooms were clean. I only wish the hotel were better run. We arrived to a boiling hot room with the AC off, even though the bellhop had dropped our bags off ten minutes earlier. The beds were rock hard, and there was barely any water pressure. The staff didn’t speak any English, and the concierge didn’t seem to know anything, not even the word “restaurant”. There’s no all-day restaurant, and I’m not sure the servers understood that they were there to serve guests. Is there even a GM? This place is very poorly managed.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around the hotel, and the event venue next door is just a short walk away if you’re here for a concert, exhibition, or other event. Noise from nearby activities did come through the room, though, so the soundproofing could be better, especially for light sleepers. The room was clean and comfortable, with pleasant bedding and a bathroom that made for a solid, reliable stay. It’s a well-maintained branded hotel, and the facilities, room quality, and atmosphere met expectations. The main frustration was the front desk: both check-in and requests for help took noticeably long, especially at busy times. Faster service and better soundproofing would make the stay even better.

The location is good, but that was about all I liked. I paid almost 4000b per night and got a broken room, as the photos show. The breakfast was only around 2-3 star hotel quality. The bed was hard without a topper, and the pillows weren’t very good either. I can’t recommend it after this stay. Maybe some rooms are in better shape, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
