T11 Popula Condo by Prathomlerk

Getting to Impact was easy, just about five minutes by Grab bike, win, or Bolt. There’s a 7-11 and a 24-hour coin laundry outside T11. The condo hallway is a little dark and quiet, but that was fine. Phi nataya, her sister, and her nephew nong cincin were all very kind. The room Prathomlerk rented to us was surprisingly spacious and clean, with a large fridge and a working microwave. Security was always at the gate, and the Wi-Fi was okay. The shower room is tiny 😂, but we had a nice stay. Thank you, phi.

The building is an older one with mostly Thai working-class residents, so it isn’t attractive from the outside. People were friendly, though, and there’s plenty of security. Parking can be tricky. We arrived at 5:45 pm and found a spot about a 45-second walk away, but arriving while most people are at work might be wiser. Dong Muang Airport is an 18-minute drive. Inside, the room was spotless and had just about everything: two air conditioners, an iron and board, body and regular pillows, microwave, large fridge with freezer, kettle, dishes, cutlery, cleaning supplies, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. There are also lots of local Thai food vendors with reasonably priced food, plus a 7/11 right outside. The 12th-floor view was good. The bed was a little firm, as is common in Thailand, but soft enough for me to sleep well, and it was very quiet. This was the cleanest, best-equipped room I’ve ever stayed in, and I was extremely impressed. We’ll stay again, and I highly recommend it.

The room was roomy and the beds were very comfortable, with a handy kitchen too. It’s in a great location, especially for travelers flying through Don muaung airport. I’d stay again and recommend it to others.

We found the flat much better than we expected. It was clean, smart, and well equipped. The location suits anyone wanting to stay among the Thai community, and I’d highly recommend it.
