The breakfast has home-cooked Western and Thai options, and it was exceptional. Staff were friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. The comfortable rooms have good beds and showers, and the resort is tucked away among the mountains and beautiful nature.

The staff were caring and attentive, which helped make the stay comfortable. I also enjoyed the impressive window view, the reasonable rates, and the breakfast options, which were acceptable. The one frustration was the key-card access machine. It wasn’t very reliable and sometimes took a while to unlock the door.

I had lunch with my family at the Ravin Home Cafe. There weren’t any separate vegan or plant-based-friendly meals, apart from one salad that could be modified. Everything else was based on meat, dairy, or eggs.

The stay was very unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting. There’s no refund if you check out earlier than planned. They provide only one room access card, and the air conditioning takes three minutes to start after you enter. Staff wouldn’t let us check in 30 minutes early even though the room was free and clean, so we had to wait at the cafe. It felt like they wanted more cafe turnover. The cafe and restaurant close at 5 pm, so there’s no food at the resort after that. 😢 VERY BAD!!!

The view is lovely, and the coffee is good, though breakfast is pretty basic. Unfortunately, something went missing from my room, so, well.
