The rooms were clean and nicely priced. Ours had a very hard, more Thai-style bed, though another reviewer mentioned getting a soft one. There’s no breakfast or dinner, so you’ll need to eat somewhere else. The restaurant nearby shuts at 17.00, and after that you may have to drive to find another option. Since the place is beside the main road, expect some traffic noise. They do have laundry service, and it’s very inexpensive 😀

For 500 b per night, Garden House was a handy stop on my bike ride from Rayong back to Chiang Mai. I got a good night’s sleep, a hot shower, and a couple of cold beers. The room was spotless, and I appreciated not having to put the key in a slot to turn on the AC. The young hosts were friendly and gave me a ground-floor room right beside where I’d parked my bike. There seems to be a bar and restaurant on site, but they weren’t selling food. Bring your own or, like I did, order a grab. It’s a good little hotel right off the highway.
