Bangkok Boutique Resort

I arrived exhausted and was offered an upgrade, which I didn’t accept. They then put us in an old room with ants and bedbugs. The service was terrible. When I told them about the nightmare I’d endured the night before, they laughed in my face. I wouldn’t sleep there again even if they paid me. I had to take another night because I couldn’t sleep, and they told us we’d need to pay an extra 200 to change rooms. It was the worst management I’ve ever seen. I’ve stayed before, and the room they first offered me in the main building was ten times cleaner, but that one was available only if management felt like it.

A great hotel with great staff, suitable for either a short or a long stay.

A pleasant, quiet location, quite close to Don Mueang Airport. The rooms are stylish, clean, comfortable, and have lots of storage space. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I’d stay again to rest before or after a flight. Grab is a good way to get an evening meal.

I stayed for 3 days and really enjoyed the quiet, relaxing room. Shops and food are a bit out of the way, but you can order whatever you need from reception or use Grab.
