It's a decent place, and the monthly rates are very cheap.

I was already disappointed before check-in. I was traveling in from out of town and called that morning, May 29th, 2026, to book a room for that evening. Later in the afternoon, a staff member called and said the person who took my call had miscounted the rooms, so they'd canceled my reservation without telling me. Is that acceptable? If you haven't paid a deposit, I'd book somewhere else. The same could happen to you.

The rooms are old, and the ones facing the street have no soundproofing, especially near a traffic light. Trucks and motorcycles with loud exhausts can be heard clearly. The traffic noise goes on all night, so this isn't a place for a relaxing getaway. Even sleeping pills didn't stop me from waking up startled.

The bathroom was clean, well ventilated, and had no smell. The air conditioning cooled well, and there was a fridge, lamp, towels, toiletries, and a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The room was large, but despite looking new and beautiful in the review photos, it seemed old and dirty when I first opened the door. It turned out to be clean, and the faded paint was what made it look that way. The blankets smelled fine, not musty. The walls are thin, though, and traffic noise comes through all day, making sleep impossible. The elevator sometimes smells of cigarette smoke. There's a breakfast coupon, but breakfast still costs extra, even if you call to order from the menu, which is confusing. If you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn't recommend it. I paid for my stay.
