We were shown a poolside room, so we booked. After that, they moved us to a horrible little box on the fourth floor. When we asked to cancel, they said they couldn't and that it wasn't their fault. They also told us this happens often. Be careful about booking here.

I'd recommend this hotel. I felt secure, but please make sure the room is cleaned properly each time. Thank you 🙏🙂

They advertise rooms that open onto a pool view, then put you in a much smaller, awful room with just two little windows. When we objected, they refused to give us the room we'd paid for and acted as if their own advertising wasn't their responsibility. They expect you to dispute what they're clearly advertising. It seems intentional. Watch out, and this place should be reported.

The location worked well for us, about five minutes from the beach, two from Malin Plaza, and five from Bangla Road. The restaurant was really good, and the staff were always ready to help. Amazing hotel, I'd highly recommend it.

The restaurant stays open around the clock, and the hotel has plenty of services, including rentals for motorcycles and cars, massage, linens, and excursions. It's also handy for getting around: Malin Plaza and the beach are each about a five-minute walk, the entertainment area is seven minutes away, and Bangla Road takes ten. Great hotel. I'll definitely return.
