Nuend, our chef, deserves a special thank you. After a few days, they knew what we liked and how we wanted our food, which meant a lot. The restaurant was clean, organized, and attentive to detail. If you ask for a special omelet, they make it just the way you like it. We stayed for 9 days, and every day was a great experience. Everyone was smiling, kind, and genuinely cared about what we wanted. You could tell they really valued their guests’ happiness. Thanks for all the hard work and warm hospitality, you deserve 5 stars.

The complimentary shuttle ran every 2 hours until 8 PM, which was helpful since Patong beach is a 30mins walk away and a cab costs almost 180 Baht. The jacuzzi was nice too. We had a decent stay at AtEase Phuket for 3 Nights, with good rooms and a good team, though there were a few small jitters to sort out. Our allotted room had a slight smell, and they tried their level best to cover it. Service was topmost, especially from Miss Fear, yeah, remember the name. She made the best Cold Cappuccino at breakfast. Thank you again, Miss Fear, you were trully amazing. For breakfast, it would be good to have some Indian options in the buffet, since everything served was either Thai or Western. Also, please keep Nutella on the desk or put up a sign saying “PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK FOR NUTELLA :)”.

The chef was the highlight of my stay. Mr. Nueng KiewLy made absolutely delicious food, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The dishes showed real skill and creativity, and the authentic Indian vegetarian food they specially prepared was wonderful. You can feel the chef’s passion in the taste and quality of the meals. Highly recommended! 👨🍳✨

The kitchen at AtEase Phuket takes care with the food, which is always fresh and delicious. You can taste the quality in every bite. Nueng Kiewly makes each morning special. He greets you with a big, genuine smile and a friendly face, and brings such lovely energy. He’s always ready to make you happy and help you start the day well. His omelet is the best, absolutely perfect every time. People like him turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended!

Breakfast always started on such a nice note thanks to Aoy, who was attentive, kind, and kept everything running smoothly. And the omelet from chef Nueng Kiewly was fresh and perfectly cooked every time. He greeted us with a big smile and such a welcoming manner, and you could tell he enjoyed making guests happy. Together they made mornings feel relaxed and cheerful. A lovely way to begin the day.
