The lobby made mornings nicer, with free coffee and cookies, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. At check-in they required a 500 baht deposit. We hadn't seen that beforehand, but the receptionist kindly let us bring the rest the next day. The rooms had a cute Pinterest-style design, and the bathroom was pleasant, with shower gel and shampoo. We loved the towel dogs on the bed. The water, air conditioning, and TV all worked well. There was a fridge, but no kettle or hairdryer. A lovely place, easy to recommend.

If you've found this on Maps, you're probably after a deal, and this place is a steal. The rooms are minimalist, with a small balcony and only the basics, but the cost-to-value ratio is out of this world. The main Patong streets are a 15-25 minute walk, and the airport is an hour away. There's coffee at reception. Well done.

The staff are helpful, and the hotel is nice. Patong Beach and lively spots like Bangla Street are within 1.5km. The only drawback is the lack of a lift, so getting to a room on the third or fourth floor can be a bit of a slog.

It's a good place, though Bangla Street and Patong Beach, the liveliest spots, are 1.5km away. The staff are helpful. There's no lift, so going up and down is a little hard. Apart from that, all was good.

We found the cleanest, freshest room and probably the best bed of our holiday. The staff were amazing, especially Nok Mananchaya, a five-star member of staff.
