Best Venue Hotel

After nearly a week there across several stays, I asked to change rooms and the manager raised his voice at me. He was rude and condescending. One night I paid extra for a deluxe room, then was told on arrival that all the deluxe rooms were booked and I’d have to take a standard one. The manager wouldn’t refund the price difference. The rooms were dirty, the sheets stained, and the AC barely worked. I stayed in several rooms, and each had at least two lights out. Either the sink faucet or shower head holder was broken, and one room’s lock didn’t work. Staff wouldn’t repair the problems and made me feel like I was at fault for complaining. I won’t stay again. There are better rooms nearby with welcoming, polite staff.

Right in the center of Patong, and I’d happily stay again. The room was comfortable, clean, well kept, and had everything I needed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. The hotel had a great feel and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed one night and paid a good price. The room was clean, though the bathroom was a bit dirty. The staff were so pleasant that I’m giving it five stars for them.

We liked staying here and would come back. It isn’t really a five-star hotel, and there were a few minor issues, but nothing major during our five nights. Laundry places and a Seven Eleven are nearby, and the mall is about a 15-minute walk away. The location is pretty good.
