There’s a 7-Eleven, a laundromat, cafés and tea shops right nearby, and the hotel is close to the beach. The rooms were good, and the price felt fair for the location and quality. The owner was kind and always kept an eye on the 11 very cute cats.

The staff were kind and handled our requests well, and the cats made the place feel like home. They aren’t supposed to be in the rooms, but they sometimes let themselves in. Keep an eye on them so they don’t scratch the furniture. They’re very well behaved, sleep on the bed without a problem, and only pee outside in the hallway. We had a 10/10 stay, the best hotel we’ve stayed in. If you want somewhere relaxed with sweet company, visit Cat Story Hotel in Phuket ❤️✨️❤️😻😸

The cats were adorable, and the room felt clean and cozy. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place for cat lovers, with a nice mix of comfort and good service. I’d highly recommend it.

We planned on two nights at Cat Story Hotel, then stayed nearly a month because we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. All the cats were lovely, and we got to know them. They’re treated like queens, and the hotel’s design is incredible and clearly made with them in mind. Even with so many cats, the place was never dirty. Our room was bright and extremely clean. The staff and owner were just as nice as the cats, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay again if we return to Phuket :)
