The hotel’s central Patong location puts it close to everything, though street noise comes with that convenience. It didn’t bother me much. The room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping came daily. Everything in the room worked as expected. The stairwell looks newly renovated, which gave the place a fresh feel. Reception stays open 24 hours, and the staff were competent and friendly. The guy from Myanmar deserves a special mention. He was supportive and always greeted guests with a warm smile. I’d absolutely recommend the hotel and stay again on another Patong visit.

The receptionist and housekeeping staff treated me very rudely, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. They seemed friendly and flexible with white customers because they expected tips. Without a tip, they treated you poorly. Tips should go to staff who give good service, but their attitude was unacceptable, so I didn’t want to tip them.

The water in the bathroom kept cutting out, and when it did come through, the pressure was weak. I raised both that and the room issue on our first day, but nobody responded. I’d booked a deluxe double for four nights and had said in advance that I couldn’t manage stairs because of my weight. Even so, they put us on the top floor. There’s no elevator, and they said the room depended on availability, so it seemed there was nothing they could do. It was a terrible stay for us.

You get a quiet room with a working TV and air conditioning, and the staff are friendly. The price is hard to beat. It’s also about 100 meters from the beach and Bangla Road.

Bangla Rd. is right nearby, so you’re in the middle of the action rather than somewhere peaceful. The amenities are basic, but everything was clean and the staff were really friendly. I stayed for two weeks in June 2025 and was completely happy with it. I’m planning to return in 2026.
