It’s cheap and fine if you only need somewhere to sleep, but dealing with the manager was incredibly frustrating. She kept forgetting agreements and things we’d discussed, and was disorganized enough that we had to ask and remind her constantly. We saw this when she arranged rooms for our colleagues. She passed the details to someone else, then said there was a room in the next building as an emergency fix. We accepted, since she’d said it was okay for our colleagues to stay there, but she forgot that arrangement too. So stupid! We also booked a Koh Samui trip through her. The day before we left, she said we hadn’t paid enough and that we’d only booked one way. We had to pay extra, even though we’d already booked a hotel. After we got back, the taxi to the hotel, which was supposed to be included, wasn’t included either. There was a lot of back and forth before they finally took us back to the hotel. Sorry, but that’s unacceptable. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

There were no pets, and the room had a TV, refrigerator, and small air conditioner. It came with a towel, shower gel, and shampoo when we arrived, but there were no tea or coffee facilities. It’s a nice guesthouse with a very pleasant receptionist.

Just to be clear, it’s a guest house, not a hotel. It’s cozy, clean, and cheap. Excellent place.
