The pictures on agoda aren't even close to what you get. Go see the place in person and inspect it first. I was glad to leave the same day, though they gave me no refund. Don't bother staying here, save your money and go somewhere else.

Hey, I just wanted to say this hotel is fake. The service and room were very bad, the smell was awful, the people were very bad, and it was really dirty. The pictures you see aren't true, they're fake. I've been there and seen it with my own eyes. It's not nice to stay there, it's not clean, and it's not fit to live in. The people working there know it, and you're being fooled. I recommend you don't come here. My recommendation: 0, 0, 0, 0, minus.

The room cost 1,600 baht, and we checked in at 2 a.m. It didn’t look like anyone had cleaned it first: the sheets and room were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, and the only towel was dirty too, even though there were two of us. The used soap had pubic hair on it. I couldn’t bring myself to take a photo. Our balcony was right beside an electric pole transformer, which felt unsafe. There was no hot water either. 🥴🤮

For the price, it’s better than a lot of other hotels, and the room is cold now. The bed is very hard, though. One night the AC stopped working, but they fixed it the next day. I also got a gas smell coming into the room from the bathroom sink. The front desk didn’t give me any trouble when I raised these issues.

The receptionist was the one bright spot. She was really helpful. Beyond that, the hotel was dirty, noisy, and falling apart. They had a notice on the back of the door about charging guests for dirty sheets and towels, yet my room was cleaned only once in eleven days.
