Our booking was cancelled late in the afternoon, and we were left out on the street without an explanation or another option. The staff offered no apology or help, and their cold, arrogant response felt almost mocking. That kind of treatment is disgraceful. Avoid this place unless you're prepared to risk being stranded without warning. A real shame for customer service.

The property was dirty and poorly kept, and it felt more like a long-term residence than a hotel. It's in a terrible spot for getting around, too. Even with a confirmed booking, they said they were overbooked and took no responsibility. There was no staff on site, management never answered the calls, and there was zero customer service. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid it.

We'd paid for three nights, but when we arrived at 1:30, several guests were still waiting to check in, some since 7 a.m. No one answered our calls. A terrible experience, this hotel feels like a scam.

The location was the main plus: a walk from the main strip, so it was quiet, but still close enough to get there on foot. The cleaner who rushed to tidy our room at check-in was lovely. That's why I gave it two stars. When we arrived, reception was locked and empty. We saw at least three other bookings face the same problem during our stay, including families with young children; some waited for hours before someone eventually showed up to check us in. Our room was basic and dirty, with several cockroaches. It had only been cleaned for about five minutes between the previous guests leaving and our arrival, and nobody cleaned it during our stay. The owners also kept our damage deposit, even though they had said we'd get it back at checkout. Useless hotel. Even if you manage to check in, it's really not good. Go elsewhere.
