Baan Ketkeaw Guesthouse 1

The room was very nice and clean, and there’s a lift. Ranjeet paji was the best. He helped me arrange a tour and an airport taxi, and the beach is nearby. Thank you for the great service.

Lovely view, and the room and lobby were clean. All the staff were very good and helpful.

We looked at a lot of rooms that day, and Baan Ket Keaw was the clear winner. The receptionist was friendly, the lobby and guesthouse were clean, and the rooms were nicely furnished. Great-looking place with friendly, excellent service. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!

For somewhere basic with air conditioning and all the essentials, this is a great-value choice. We paid 400 baht per night for a twin room with a balcony and bathroom. It was cleaned every day. One issue was the toilets, which kept blocking. Management says repairs cost 1000 baht, but if you don’t throw paper in, that charge won’t apply and they’ll fix it when it happens. There are good restaurants nearby for about half what you’d expect to pay on Bangla Road, plus a very convenient 7/11 on the corner. It’s fantastic value compared with the rest of Patong, Phuket, and only a 10-minute walk from Bangla Road.
