A lovely, tucked-away place, and this was my second stay with Stefan and Tipp. They're gracious hosts who treat their guests like family. It's quiet, with the beach and delicious Thai or Western food just a five-minute walk away. I can't wait to come back when I can!

The view is amazing! We had a big room, a roomy bathroom, good air conditioning, and a large balcony with fabulous views. Everything was perfect. There's also a small bar downstairs for drinks, open until around 8 pm. The owner was welcoming, always smiling, and very accommodating. The kitchenette is out on the balcony. You probably won't cook much in Thailand since everything is so cheap. Download Grab, and you can get food or even shopping delivered. Thanks for having us ;)

I left after three weeks, though I had booked for a month and a half. I was away for seven of those days on a retreat. I'd first hoped the bathroom smell would go away and that the very loud rat noises overhead were a one-off. The owner and his wife seemed nice, so I booked anyway. But the rats are a health concern. I hoped to get some money back when I left, and Stefan said he'd refund half if the place was rented again, without addressing the rats. There were other problems too, and I think the review is misleading. That's my view as someone who develops health issues sleeping in moldy places. The whole experience left a bitter aftertaste.

This is my second year at C VIEW Boutique hotel, and I've brought friends and family along. The rooms are big, there's a lovely balcony, and the hosts are warm and friendly. Tip and Stefan feel like family to me. It's a peaceful place where you can relax, surrounded by nature and beautiful views of the bay in Rawaii, with everything so close and walkable. It's the most beautiful spot in Rawai. Thank you so much, my friends ❤️
