ZAW from the restaurant team made a real impression on us during our beautiful week at Baan Laimai. He was thoughtful and kind, remembered what we liked, and seemed to notice the little things before we even asked. That care felt rare, and we appreciated it a lot. The whole stay felt comfortable, from the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service. We’re heading home with lovely memories. 🥰♥️

The location made it easy to get around, and everything from reception to housekeeping was handled with care. The service was first-rate, with staff always smiling and ready to help. Big thank you to RV! My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay from beginning to end, and would absolutely come back and recommend this hotel.

Dinner at Laimai was a highlight of our time in Patong. Zin took care of everything we needed, and the food was delicious and well worth the price. The band was lovely to listen to as well.

Su was a wonderful host, attentive to every detail and even arranging a little cake for my parents’ 30th anniversary. Ahmed also deserves a special thanks for getting us a great table. The food and service were excellent, and the hospitality felt unusually warm. We’ll definitely return.
