The owner was unprofessional and couldn't handle situations. The place has a lot of elderly residents, and with the rooms so close together, they often caused problems. We couldn't even have a conversation during the day. I also felt that visitors were treated differently depending on who tipped the most. A very disappointing experience.

There was construction beside the bungalow while I was booked in, and it never felt quiet. A water pump just behind it clicked constantly on two of my three nights. I mentioned it, but when staff said I was the only one complaining, I felt they were treating me like a fool. The pump was moved the next day, but I got no compensation for those noisy nights. The customer service felt insufficient.

The owner wasn't reliable, and I don't trust this accommodation. On my stay there last winter, the towels, sheets, and mattress all smelled musty. The rooms are packed close together, so sound carried everywhere. There were also many elderly people living there, and I constantly encountered very rude behavior in other rooms because of daytime noise.

I live next door, so I haven't stayed here myself. I do see the staff out cleaning and maintaining the place in all weather, and they keep the grounds spotless. They've recently renovated the pool too. The location is great, and the properties are cute bungalows set among gardens. If I came to Phuket for a holiday, I don't think I'd be disappointed staying here. Kudos to their work.
