I needed a night in Patong for an appointment, so with less than 24 hours’ notice I booked the cheapest non-hostel hotel I could find. It was around 1200 THB, which still didn’t feel very cheap. The room surprised me: clean, spacious, with a big bed and bathroom. They left two bottles of water and coffee packs, plus two soaps, two shower caps and two pakcs of q-tips in the bathroom. I was on the 6th floor and it was quiet, even with the usual nighttime noise on Nanai road. There’s a little bar by the hotel entrance where I could get more water or snacks late at night. Restaurants are all around, Thai, Australian, and others, and a 711 is less than 4 minutes away. Everything was great. If the price were a bit lower, I’d rate it 10/10.

You can catch the sunset colors from the roof, which was lovely. Our bedroom was comfortable, with a balcony, and everything was clean with enough care products. The staff were kind and helpful whenever we had questions. There are plenty of bars, stores and massage parlors nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived yesterday for an 8-night stay, and everything’s been perfect so far. The hotel is an easy walk from everything. Our room is spacious, with a big balcony and all the basics, including tea and coffee, water, shampoo and shower gel. We’ve only had breakfast once, and it was very good.
