Right in the heart of Patong, this place still feels peaceful and calm. Jungceylon and Bangla Walking street are close, and pretty much everything is within walking distance. The Owner is lovely, and the caretaker was awesome, giving clear instructions and helping us store our luggage. Our room was quite big, with a comfortable, spacious bed and basic amenities. The washroom was clean and had hot water. There were two bottles of drinking water in the room, plus a free dispenser on the first floor. I’d love to stay here again.

The location is spot on, around a 15 minute walk from patong beach and close to Jungceylon and Banzaan market. The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, basic utensils, and a big mirror. WiFi and AC both worked well, and the place was easy to find.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and having a microwave in the room was a nice bonus. Self check-in was easy to access, with clear instructions. The only downside was a bit of a sewer smell in the bathroom. Also, getting to the 5th floor can be a workout.

This was my second stay, and I was just as impressed as the first time 🥰. The room felt private and comfortable, and it was clean. The staff are consistently helpful, with clear information and assistance whenever I need it. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. 🥳✨💝

No elevator, so keep the stairs in mind if that’s a concern. I didn’t mind them and got a bit of exercise. I stayed in a front room and heard some street noise, but the ear plugs provided meant I slept perfectly. It was clean and cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location made exploring the city easy. I’d love to return!
