Housekeeping kept the room fresh and tidy each day, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to sleep well. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. Everything was arranged in a way that made the stay easy and relaxing. I had a comfortable, pleasant stay with professional service and would happily return. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness and comfort.

It's among the cheapest rooms at Patong beach, so you get what you pay for. The room itself was okay for the price, but the toilet was disgusting. Staff didn't speak English, and with only one person at reception, check-in and check-out involved long queues.

I was lucky to get a room with windows, a balcony, bathroom, and TV. It's a big, clean, air-conditioned room for just $11 AUD, which feels very cheap for what you get. I know some rooms don't have windows, so the room you get may affect your stay. The place is a little out of the way, but restaurants and 711’s are within walking distance, and Patong beach is a 20-minute walk. There’s nice art all around the property too. I saw mixed reviews, but I've been very happy here.

The electricity in our room was completely out in the morning, though other rooms still had power. When a staff member came after I complained, it came back as soon as he entered. I strongly suspect it may have been done intentionally. Before he arrived, I saw staff talking to each other in Thai, which made the whole situation feel suspicious and uncomfortable. I was already upset about our privacy. I left the “Make My Room” card on the door before going out, but when I came back at night it had been turned around to show “Do Not Disturb.” It made me very uncomfortable, as someone seemed to have entered or interfered with the room without permission. The staff were also horribly rude and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed by complaints and acted as if they could do whatever they wanted without taking responsibility. There was no real concern for guests or proper service. This hotel showed no professionalism, honesty, or basic respect for privacy and comfort. I don't recommend it and will never stay here again.
