We had a great week in Phuket, and this hotel made our stay fun. The whole place was very clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the affordable cocktails are a nice thing to look forward to. Thanks for a good stay.

I regret staying here more than anything and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Pumpui said she would look after my luggage while I was on holiday, and I paid her 1500tbh for it. When I got my suitcase back, it was half empty and half my things were missing, including items that mattered to me. She then stopped replying when I asked about it. Be careful, this is a warning. I don't trust this place or its people.
