The rooms feel cozy in size, and there are just three floors. The location is exactly where expected, in central Patong, and the rooms are decent for the price.

The staff were helpful, and it’s near the beach. They offered us a bigger room for the family at no extra cost.

The rooms are very basic, with tiny bathrooms and balconies of about 1 square meter. There’s no elevator, even though it’s five or six floors. The entrance is small and hard to spot, and Google Maps showed the wrong location. I asked several local people, but nobody knew the place. The staff were very rude, and the language barrier made things harder.
