Sun Beach House

Cook and Nan made us feel welcome from the time we booked until we left. I've traveled from Germany to Thailand by bicycle during a 2.5 year journey and seen a lot, but they’re among the most caring people I've met. Their warmth is hard to believe until you experience it, and this hotel stands out among my stays in Thailand. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including complimentary drinks in the mini Bar. Breakfast was made fresh to order, delicious, and had healthy choices too. Everything in Patong was within walking distance, while the street stayed quiet at night so we slept well. The rooms are compact and a little small, but Cook and the team’s service more than made up for that. Cook, the manager, sent the information we needed on WhatsApp, pointed us to good nearby food and other spots, and even got us a discounted price for Hanuman world lunge. He's the best hotel customer service I've ever experienced. The fresh complimentary breakfast was delicious. We had to leave at 5am, and Cook was there to help us get a taxi and packed fruit for each of us. It's a great budget friendly option near Patong beach, and I highly recommend it.

The bathroom was a favorite, and the room was spacious and very clean. The owner was so welcoming and helpful that we felt right at home. It's close to the beach and everything you need, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. I'd definitely stay here again on my next Phuket trip. Highly recommend!

They even made breakfast early for me when my tour pickup came before the official breakfast time, which I really appreciated. The owners and staff were lovely, friendly and always happy to help. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the stay felt easy and relaxing. Everything people say in the reviews is true, including the handy location with what you need nearby.
