The view over Patong is beautiful, and the man hosting us was lovely. He always greeted us as we came and went, and helped with the children when he could. The bed in our room was comfortable, though the extra single bed wasn't, and the towels smelled musty. Breakfast was nice at first, but the menu gets repetitive after a few days. There are two places to eat within walking distance. Getting a taxi here is difficult. Drivers often cancel because of the uphill location or say the fare isn't worth it. I'd say this place suits people happy to walk steep hills or ride scooters, and families with older kids. The pool is for children who can swim.

I came here after a terrible stay at another hotel in Patong Beach, and really enjoyed this place. It's up on the hill, so it was much quieter, with a nice view of Patong Beach. The room was clean and filled with natural light, and the shower had good pressure. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Most restaurants and places down below are about a 20-25 minute walk, which didn't bother me. You can rent motorbikes here. I'd recommend it if you want somewhere peaceful with a good view, away from the bustle of Patong Beach.

The sunrise and sunset views were pure magic, and I was so grateful to be allowed to check out late on my last day and stay until 4 PM. It made leaving much more relaxed. Willi made the whole stay special. The room was spotless, breakfast was delicious and always on time, and he was there whenever I needed a taxi, restaurant suggestions, or fully arranged trips. I didn't have to worry about anything and felt safe and cared for. Thank you so much, dear Willi. Five stars plus, and I highly recommend this place.

We spent a week in the Villa, and Willy basically sorted out our plans, from taking us to see elephants to booking trips. His prices were better than the ones we saw on the street. He's the nicest man alive. The place is clean, great, and well located. 10/10, I'll definitely come back.

Our family spent four days at the villa last month, and the staff made it a wonderful visit. They were so friendly, attentive, and helpful, with local tips and travel advice that made exploring much easier. The quiet setting and beautiful views helped us relax. We'd gladly recommend it to anyone after a peaceful getaway with great service.
