Everything we needed was close by, including Bangla walking street, 7 eleven and the night market. The stay itself was frustrating: our twin room booking became a double room, the rooms felt cramped, and there was just one soap for four days, with no dental or shaving kits and no room boys to help with luggage. Breakfast barely changed across all four days, had very few choices, and the service wasn't good. The TV wasn't entertaining either. When we asked for dry towels, we had to go down to reception to collect them ourselves. 😪😰😥😢😭😓😡 Friends, look for another hotel.

Breakfast was a real hassle for us as Indian guests, since there were almost no options that suited us. The rooms also felt cramped for what we paid, so the resort wasn't a comfortable stay. I hope they add more variety to the food and make the rooms more comfortable for international guests.

The breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and well prepared each morning, and we felt looked after. Rin, Mimi,Aom , and Surai were so kind, patient, attentive, and ready to help with a warm smile. With two 7-Eleven stores and hundreds of shops, restaurants, and services close enough to walk to, the location is very convenient. The AIM Patong Hotel is a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Phuket, and the staff are gentle, polite, and helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfast is good value, too. At check-in, there's a refundable 1,000 THB security deposit, which was returned at check-out without any trouble. A good budget option in Patong.

For a budget stay, the room is clean and fine for two people, though it isn't very large. Princess Ang and Ben were friendly and helpful. The downsides are the small bathroom, limited laundry area, no bedside table beside each bed, and lack of soundproofing, so noise can be a problem. I'd suggest it for young travelers, but it's not ideal for families.
