The room was the standout, with loads of space and a huge bathroom. It had a bathtub, a very large walk-in shower, and two sinks. The outdoor pool and garden were lovely too. Staff were welcoming, and breakfast was peaceful and pleasant. There didn't seem to be many guests staying, since we hardly ran into anyone.

An hour after the listed check-in time, I still had to wait 20 minutes for my room to be ready. Then the safe didn't work, and getting a technician there took another 30 minutes.

Villa Atchara Phuket is a hidden gem, a boutique hotel outside the busy area. The service was excellent and personal. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The staff are amazing, and the fittings are top class. Everything is brand new after a recent renovation. It's quiet, yet only a short walk from the beach. Five stars.

I stayed for four days at this hotel in a very prime location. The rooms are spacious and the staff are great. I had an issue with the bed, but they fixed it within 15 minutes.
