I live here. The worst managment and corrupt people here. No water, no electricity for 5 days and this happens on regular basis. My babies have been suffering because of this. Dont get an apartment here. They wont even give you refund. There is no owner of the building no management. Keep yourself safe from these people.

Pathetic management. Every month the water is disconnected for 2 to 3 days straight. And they literally ask to use pool water for bathing and residents are literally doing that. Most floors don't have working lobby lights. They should take care of water levels before they drop.

⭐ 1/5 – Avoid at all costs I booked Ocean Pearl Suites over a month in advance and requested an early check-in three days before arrival. Despite having ample time to notify either me or Booking.com, the property owner chose to cancel/decline my reservation only after I arrived at the property. I was told the room was “under renovation,” yet guests who arrived after us were checked in without issue. When this was escalated, the story changed to “overbooking.” It is unclear how a booking made a month in advance suddenly becomes overbooked. The owner did not even have the basic courtesy to meet
