Aiyara Palace

On our budget trip, the three of us shared a spacious room with three separate beds, but there was no view. The bathroom smelled bad and didn't seem airtight.

For what I paid for 21 nights, this was good value. North Pattaya's location worked perfectly for me, near my favorite restaurants, friends and family. The hotel and its huge lobby and reception look great, and everything was spotless. My room was a nice size with a great bath and a good-sized TV. The furniture was old, but I don't mind that much. The bed was a bit hard. I'd come back, though I hope they sort out a few things. My room at the front had awful Wi-Fi, the worst I've had in a hotel. I couldn't stream movies and gave up trying. If you need to work, it could be a nightmare. Outside noise came through too, though that's not the hotel's fault, and better windows might help. The small fridge didn't chill anything, so they replaced it, but I still wished it were bigger. We had trouble with one of our two key cards five times, and each time we had to go down to reception to get it fixed. Asking for another card for my partner turned into a repeated hassle with the same reception ladies. Their English was very limited, and even when I used my phone to translate the problem, they took a long time to respond and seemed uninterested. My girlfriend spoke Thai, but they still seemed not to understand, at least that's how it came across. There were lots of rude Chinese guests. If you get stuck behind a group waiting for the lift, it can take ages, especially if you're in a hurry. I'd take the stairs if you can. Despite all those issues, I would stay again and hope the hotel improves a few things.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were attentive and friendly. There are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, and the hotel's location is good.

Right in central Pattaya, and the service was convenient and comfortable. The employees were so friendly. Such a great hotel, come stay here and give it a try 😌😌😍😘
