Completed in 2007, View Talay 5 is a 22-story beachfront condominium project in Jomtien with 1,968 units. Its spacious units, direct beach access and panoramic ocean views make it stand out. Large pools, restaurants and shops are among the facilities, and it’s considered one of Pattaya’s most sought-after addresses. For luxury beachfront living or an investment opportunity, Siam Glow Real Estate can help. We have extensive experience helping clients secure prime units in View Talay 5 and can find the best available options. Contact us for advice tailored to buying or renting in the project.

The building is in a good spot, with a big pool and spacious rooms. You can walk to the beach.

For me, the location is the best part. I can take a private walkway straight to the beach, and I can see the sea from my bed. The people are friendly, there’s a convenience store in the building, and the large pool has recently been joined by a gym.

Feels like home. A great studio apartment right on the beach, with a good balcony and helpful staff.

The rooms are spacious. I had a studio, then moved to a one-bedroom atlaguna3 Maldives, but I’m moving back in November. The wifi in Maldives is awful, and there’s nothing nearby, not even a 7-11. View talay 5c has a great view and everything you need.
