The place kind of grows on you. Its location is a strong point, close to the baht bus and still near enough to walk to the beach. At night the condo looks beautiful, and the rooftop pool area has one of the best views in the region.

I bought an apartment in this condo and really like how orderly and clean it is, and how responsible the staff are. Every guest has to register, which saves the hassle of spending a whole day at the immigration center. It’s between sois 5 and 6 in a quiet area, but close to the main road where tuk-tuks stop. The promenade with bars, restaurants, and massage parlors is nearby too. Fruit is sold like at the Ratanakorn wholesale market, and fruit smoothies cost 25 baht. I think it’s a great place both for a vacation and for living.

It’s a peaceful, quiet place, with a convenient office to communicate with. The condo is clean and housekeepers maintain it daily. There’s 24-hour security, plus a rooftop gym and swimming pool with lovely city views.
