Check-in and checkout were easy, and Kate was warm and quick to help throughout our stay. Angie also guided us well before check-in. At Art Pool Villa, everything was spotless, spacious, and well kept. We especially enjoyed relaxing under the sky in the large open terrace jacuzzi. The clean swimming pool added to the luxurious feel. Inside, there was a big-screen TV for OTT shows and a fully functional kitchen that made cooking easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to return. Highly recommended.

My cousin heard strange sounds in her room, like girls laughing, and then she started screaming.

For five nights I paid about $2260, which is a very high price for this villa. It was unclean when I arrived, the furniture was worn and old, and it didn’t seem like anyone cared about maintenance. Around 90% of the air conditioners weren’t cooling, all the door locks were broken, and the floor was dirty. I asked for cleaning, but nobody came. Someone did come to check the air conditioners, but they weren’t fixed. I heard noises on the first day and assumed they came from neighbors. By the second day I thought the villa was haunted. I heard voices on the second and third floors, and they started to disturb and scare me. One of the room doors was closed to frighten me. I asked management if I could leave early, but they refused to refund me. They said refunds weren’t allowed under their policy, but didn’t even ask why I wanted to leave.
