It's centrally located and has a nice pool, though the rooms and breakfast are average. Around 1,000 baht would make it good value.

Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the rooftop pool had plenty of loungers. It's a top hotel in an excellent location. I often stay in April when prices are much lower, but it can't compete with the Aston Martin. In the off-season, paying just €10 more for an Aston Martin is an easy choice. It would probably cost too much in peak season.
