Authong Residence is peaceful and quiet, though it's a bit of a walk to the main road. For the price, the facilities are outstanding, especially the large outdoor pool and gym. The rooms feel modern, and the beds are very comfortable. Service and cleanliness both deserve five stars. It's a hidden gem in North Pattaya.

The pool is clean, the grounds have plenty of greenery, and the place feels really peaceful. Great value too, at 800 baht a night, with better rates for a week-long stay.

The room was fairly nice and had a balcony, though there’s no kitchen. The location is quiet, with a moderate-sized rest area and parking. Wi-Fi in the room was very poor, and the hot water swung between scalding and icy. Reception staff didn’t seem very responsive.
