The view of Pattaya Bay from the room was spectacular, and breakfast had a huge range of choices. In peak season the buffet was spread over the 10th and 11th floors. The hotel is spacious and can comfortably fit large groups. My room was big, with a large bathroom and a handy fridge, plus four complimentary bottles of water. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, and Wong Amat Beach is about a five-minute drive away. I had a great stay at Brighton Grand Hotel Pattaya.

Ms. Mew at the front desk took great care of guests and provided excellent service. The other staff were helpful and professional as well. I had a very pleasant stay and was impressed with the experience.

Please don’t book this hotel. They provided old, damaged white towels and sheets, then tried to charge me 500 baht for a stain on a towel that costs only 100 baht. The stain showed only when the towel was wet, and there was no stain when it was dry. It was already like that when it was brought to my room. I felt they were trying to cheat customers for money and could cause a lot of financial loss. In the end, a cleaning staff member told the manager about it and the fine was waived.

The hotel is a good convention venue, with a really good, large conference hall equipped with LED. Rooms are standard and reasonably priced, the water pressure is okay, and the beds are standard. Breakfast was complete and tasted good, and the breakfast hall has a really good view. It’s not close to the sea. Enjoy!

We all enjoyed our group stay. The hotel is an excellent property near almost all the attractions, with good food, nice rooms and excellent quality linen. Still, sound from the next room carries very easily. At check-in, nobody helped with the bags, as though it was all our responsibility. For a big group with so much luggage, someone should have helped. I haven’t seen that attitude at other five-star hotels.
