We got a house for 700 baht on Wednesday, which felt incredibly affordable. Phu Ruea Mountain's entrance is close by. Breakfast isn't part of the stay, though tea and coffee are available around the clock. The owner seemed to have thought of every detail. Our room and the surrounding grounds were spotless and dust-free, with strong water pressure and cold air conditioning. We were really impressed.

The owner was so nice. The kids were walking around with Ovaltine, and the owner gave them fried dough sticks. The atmosphere was lovely, and our room was beautiful and clean.

We were warmly welcomed by polite, helpful staff. The bungalows are individual, so it feels peaceful and private. Inside, there was clean white bedding and a clean bathroom, and outside each room a balcony with a table and chairs for meals. Breakfast is served on-site, and there's an activity area with a stage for events. The setting is quiet, close to the community, and convenient for getting around.
