For the year my family and I lived at Baan, we rented room 67 on the 7th floor. Nattia, the owner's representative, was always responsive and sorted out any problems quickly. Small repairs, changing a faucet, and fixing the bidet were all done free. Our deposit was returned in full, and I found Nattia and her son responsible and reliable. The condo service could be quicker about issues in shared places like the pools, lobby, and gym. Problems were often left with just fences around them. The elevator to the beach never worked, and I'd like management to give the common areas more attention. It's a quiet, peaceful place, with a beautiful view from the windows, nice staff, and a nice contingent.
