The room was a disaster. The Wi-Fi worked, but pretty much everything else was awful. It wasn't clean, and my clothes came out of the washing machine smelling bad. The fridge was so dirty and smelly that even the drink packaging picked up the odor after a few hours, and I worried it could be unhealthy. The couch had bad odors and a burn hole, and looked like it had come from a dumpster. At night, cockroaches came out everywhere, including the messy drawers. I killed two dozen. Then early one morning I heard something in the living room and found a swarm of bees inside and on the balcony window. The host didn't answer or help with either problem. After a few hours he finally replied, trying to make it my fault. I booked through airbnb with Stephane, a French guy who seemed strangely nervous when we met. Communication wasn't good because he didn't seem keen to respond. Don't book with Cedric pointu, aka Stephane! Thanks to very good airbnb Support, I got most of my money back and was able to leave. This little, nervous French guy was a scammer.

From the top of the building, there's a beautiful panoramic view, and the amenities are very good too. Walking Street and Beach Road are about a five-minute drive away, and Jomtien beach is the same distance by car.

A lovely, new and quiet place with everything you need. The condos are nice and close to the beach. There's a rooftop pool, suna and gym with a sea view. I love it 😍💪

There are lots of noisy tourists breaking the rules, and the staff don't do anything about it. The staff aren't friendly. The only one who can be polite with you is the Thai woman at reception. Also, be careful because the CCTV doesn't work properly. If you don't speak Thai, it's impossible to explain a problem to security, so you'd better call the police directly.
