Stefan made us feel welcome the whole time. He's such a lovely, cheerful host, always smiling and happy to share useful tips or answer questions. Thanks for being so hospitable, Stefan. The rooms are a little old, as others have said, but they're impeccably clean and well looked after. For what you pay, it's fantastic value. The room gets fresh water each day, and there wasn't any dirt. It's basic and close to the beach, and they provide beach towels and mats for the sand. The location is super convenient too. The beach and a 7/11 are both less than a minute away. I'd certainly come back!

We had a lovely stay, thanks so much. The owner was friendly, the staff were great, and breakfast was nice. The room was a good size, with a balcony furnished with two chairs and a table. It was very clean, and they left two bottles of water each day. There was also a small safety deposit box in the room. There's 24 x 7 security, including at the entrance. The location in Jomtien is fantastic, and I think the soi it's on is a big part of what makes the place so good. I'll certainly stay again.

The place is very rundown. The small room had no windows, the bathroom was tiny, and the old air conditioner couldn't cool the room. I booked because the reviews were good, but the owner's rudeness and the way some staff treated guests ruined my first impression. The owner wasn't welcoming at all. It says dogs are welcome, but there's an extra charge of 350 Thai baht per night on top of the booking.

For $20 a night, it’s a solid deal, and the beach is just a short walk away. The bed is really comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Stefan is the highlight, always a warm and helpful adviser. This guesthouse keeps its quality without cutting corners.
